You’ve noticed some concrete deficiencies in terms of soft skills in your organization? You want to develop competences in a targeted and measurable way?
We are fed up with training-like development projects and they are out of fashion, too. But they are still necessary sometimes. You can’t avoid a short diagnosis here, either. We’re developing people, not skills.

Many people think training is outdated, even though you can still put together a usable development project from training elements. AS WELL. We rarely do full-day projects when we work offline. We
prefer 4-hour blocks offline and 2-hour ones online. We prefer to limit live groups to 12 people. When it comes to online projects, we’d rather maximize the number of participants at 8.

Here’s a list of some of the skills we’ve developed with our clients:

- applicable assertiveness
- interest representation
- persuasion techniques
- time management
- stress management
- soft sales
- decision theory
- improvement of feedback culture
- change agility
- organizational and individual resilience
- coaching-style leadership
- leadership basics
- role-conscious leadership for agile operation
- resilience
- EQ development
- servant leadership

Remember when everyone was talking about quiet quitting? Well, forget it. We've moved on to something way worse, only nobody's noticed yet. Plus it doesn't even have a name, but that's never stopped us before – at least we get to name it.
